Founder & CEO
Ty DuPree
I was born and raised in Charleston, SC and attended Newberry College where I received a B.S. degree in Business Administration. I played football and baseball throughout my time at Newberry and have always had a love for sports. These days, golf and the gym are my go to.
I spent 13 years with the Waffle House and was an officer for the company for 10 of those years. What an education I got from my time invested there. The owner of Waffle House, Joe Rogers Jr., had a big impact on my life and future in a lot of ways and I am thankful for all that I learned through his leadership.
I have 20 years of experience in the Environmental world and have always been passionate about helping companies improve their environmental footprint as well as impacting their bottom line in a positive way. I built this company on a standard of excellence to always provide exceptional customer service for needs that arise. We continue to help one facility at a time in this endeavor and always do what is in the best interest of our clients.

Business Development Manager
Gerry Girardeau
I was born in Barnwell, SC and raised in Walterboro, SC. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Biology.
I have over 30 years managing environmentally hazardous products including Petroleum, Petrochemical & Chemical (Hydrocarbon Recovery) as well as large scale remediation projects. My knowledge is extensive in OSHA 29cfr, and USEPA 40cfr regulations, and successfully blending refinery products, co-products and by-products into usable products for further processing at other refineries by eliminating or reducing any remaining products for onsite waste disposal.
My goal is to assist our customers with these transitions and pioneering the “Green” practice of “Beneficial Re-Use”, therefore turning large potential costs into gains.

Brandon Williams
I was born and raised in Summerville, SC and graduated from the University of South Carolina. I have been with Filron for almost 3 years now.
I got into this industry because I am passionate about helping manufacturers meet their sustainability goals as well as looking at reuse options for their waste/disposal products to ultimately create a more efficient circular economy. Customer services is a top priority for me and I go above and beyond to make sure our customers get the attention they need. In my free time I enjoy playing golf, hanging out with my Cocker Spaniel (Paisley), and traveling.

Ryan Oliver
I’ve been part of the Filron Solutions team since 2020. I’m a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, and fortunate enough to still be a resident in my hometown of Georgetown, SC. My wife, 2 daughters and I spend our time here in the Lowcountry enjoying this beautiful place for its beaches, rivers and forests while also having the company of our family and longtime friends.
My goal on daily basis is to build relationships, with both existing and new clients, by taking the time to listen to their needs and providing the best environmental solutions for them to advance their goals of sustainability and environmental stewardship. We appreciate a challenge and look forward to the opportunity to succeed where others fall short.

Kyle Bluthardt
I was born and raised in Summerville, South Carolina.
I joined the Filron team in the Fall of 2022. I have 15 years of plant operations and maintenance experience during which I learned so much about the industry. For me, though, it was time to see the industry from a different perspective and I dove in to learning more about the chemistry and sales side of everything. The chemical manufacturing industry is continuously growing and I want to help these companies stay true to their mission and also become more efficient overall. I like building new relationships with the folks we work with and create a trust that they know they can depend on.

David Kinlaw
I was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, raised outside of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and now live in Beaufort, South Carolina. I graduated from Fayetteville State University as well as University of Phoenix, both while working full time.

I have been a Senior Account Representative for Filron Solutions for over five years. I specialize in helping large and small companies find a reuse or a way to recycle materials that are presently being sent to waste. I am consistently listening to seminars, researching online, and attending conventions to learn better ways to move materials from the waste category to the products category. I have a vast network of experts that I work hand in hand with to help me accomplish the above goals and continue to pursue more. I know that with new knowledge and technology that comes out every day, a waste several years ago may have a beneficial use to someone today.

I was born and raised in Brunswick, Georgia.
I have been with Filron for 3 years now and have over 30 years of experience in logistics. I joined the company to help manufactures meet their sustainability goals while also helping reduce overall costs, increasing the bottom line.. We work to create a more efficient circular economy by looking at reuse options for our clients waste/disposal products. Customer services is a top priority for me, and I work diligently to make sure my customers get the attention they need.

Krista Daly
I am originally from New Jersey but moved to the lowcountry in 2016.
I have over 20 years of administration, finance and operational experience. I play an integral role in logistics, administration, and daily operations for Filron.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the beach and spending time with my 4 children.
